You will learn how to find your WHY if you are just starting out and you will refresh and redefine your WHY if you are already established. The Magic Mirror Method

Did you ever consider that your reflection in the mirror is reversed? The image you see of yourself is exactly opposite of the way you are oriented to people you see face to face. That’s why people are sometimes surprised by photos of themselves. This happens with your business, too. Often, proprietors and managers are not seeing your business from the customer’s perspective. My Magic Mirror reorients the image of your business by asking the right questions. In this coaching exercise I provide a surprisingly simple process enabling you to write the answers and get feedback. If your answer is not clear, the Magic Mirror will ask the same questions in a new way and incorporate targeted steps to help you reach your truth. The Magic Mirror wants to know: WHAT are you doing? HOW are you doing it? And WHY are you doing it?

WHY, the Most Important Question of All

What motivates you? You must discover your destiny and conjure up a complete vision of your destination with all of your senses. You should be able to know how it will look, sound, smell! Clarifying your focus will result in a strong mission driven and inspired by vision. Intention projects through your heart and blazes your path. Your clear vision will attract the most suitable partners to your path of success. The value you bring to the community will engage and serve your customers.

The Goal

My goal is to assist you in finding this answer, whether you write it down in one beautiful phrase, a single page, or a hundred slide presentation. The answer is called “Your Company DNA”. It leads you to realize exponential growth, fosters communication with customers, and impels them to buy your valuable services. Rather than chasing customers in an endless cycle of survival mode, knowing your Company DNA brings you to a new level of business: growth mode.

Awareness

Every time you read a good book or view a classic movie, you are looking at something that is static: it has not changed since the last time you saw it. Yet, your experience is different, deeper, richer because you are looking with new eyes. It is that way with your business, too. Through my Dynamic New Approach, asking the questions of WHAT?, HOW?, and WHY? And using the Magic Mirror Method, you will see something else, something new, in your own business. This is your awakening AWARENESS. Acting as your coach, I will help you find it. It is your Company’s DNA, your mantra, the sustenance of your business. Define it, clarify it, and follow it in an awareness that is ever expanding. Let’s start this journey together to develop to your fullest potential.

How To Start

The longest journey starts with the first step. Ask yourself where you are now and where you would like to be a year from now, or two years, or ten. Dream about it. Imagine the feeling of being there.

Your web presence is the first thing to check. It is the first small image of your business. Take a look and see what it really says and what may be missing.

Your vision is achievable and it is an interesting game to play. It is a puzzle which can be solved by different means. We are social beings and we need feedback from partners, coaches, opponents, and an active Magic Mirror. This is the guidance that develops your awareness of your company’s strengths and unique value, your Company DNA.
